Has anyone heard of the "Freedom Hotel" in Phnom Penh, Cambodia?

My daughter is going on a mission trip to Cambodia and is apparently staying at the "Freedom Hotel". I can't find it anywhere. Has anyone heard of it or anything about it? Our main question is whether it has Internet service.
