What is the system called in which everyone has access to basic health care, but...?

It is called private health care, Government health care is used to reduce liability Like me I am diabetic and I used to see a doctor four times a year I retired and got medicare and now I pay over $135 (I think) per month and get one doctor visit /year. But I am a working white Christian male I see the welfare folks getting doctor visits all the time. Government health care is a death sentence for me Why would the Liberals and Democrats keep a conservative white male alive when those folks kill babies in the womb. Now they want me to trust them LOL
