Pemphigus fol dog sufferer?

Anyone has a dog with this autoimmune disorder please respond. Dog is young 14 months old has been this way since 4 months old. Taken to 4 vets latest one holistic. She is always tired (lethargic) been on prednisone and weaning off because she is drinking and eating too much (gaining alot of weight) for her tiny body 3.12 oz She has pustules forming and breaking open on her back, nose (crusty skin) losing hair. Swollen paws (licks) swollen watery eyes. Been on clavamox and almost done. Nothing i have tried seems to help her. She has been starting a raw diet and this seems to help her gland issues.
