I need translators for the ‘new’ English on the Internet.?

This is "kid-language" don't worry they probably do that to type faster. Sorry. Don't know the language. All I know is people are too lazy to do capitals, punctuation and spelling right. Example: I'll this is to lazy for capitalization and punctuation ill like ill in sick. And O.K. is k most of the days. Weird huh?!
