Is my puppy too attached to me or really sick?

I have a 10 week old puppy that I have had since he was 3 weeks I was the first thing he saw when he opened his eyes, I bottle fed him and he was doing great. Yesterday I had to put him in a room to his self for awhile so I could babysit. I thought he was fine but then he started vomiting and still is off and on today. He won't eat much he is drinking a little but only if I give him the water , but he is not playful all he wants is for me to hold him, very little stools.Nose is cool and wet. I am worried about him I rescued him because his mother was not feeding litter and the owner was letting them die. He was the runt of the litter. I could not let him die he was only 4 oz. when I got him and he did not know how to suck, I have taught him everything. He is just like my child to me and I guess I am his mom to him since I was the first thing he saw and heard. Please help I have no money to take to vet. Is he just too attached to me and depressed that he was separated from me or is he really sick? I have a 13 yr old son who is very worried and so is my husband. We also have a mini poodle dashound mix who is 9 years even he is worried, Please help!!!!!!!
