It sounds like a lot of little things but it doesn't seem like you ate too much. Your lunch was fine - it just seemed like you couldn't stop eating breakfast! Maybe have something more fulfilling for breakfast so you don't have to keep supplementing it. And where is dinner? You didn't even eat dinner and you think you ate too much? Take a one-a-day multivitamin - that way you won't crave sweets and won't get fat. Eat more vegetables and salads too - lay off the peanut er, it's super oily and fattening.
