I am trying to buy a car from a guy who is a dealer selling his own car privately in AZ?

So you give him $700, he has it fixed, and then doesn't give it to you. What do you do then? It isn't your car. If it doesn't feel right, walk away. There are plenty of cars out there without holes in the engine.
