Is there anything i can do about stopping people calling from witheld/ unavailable phone numbers?

All providers offer a service called anonoymus call reject, you will have to get that added. But make sure anyone who rings you and their number is automaticlly witheld, tell them to dial 1470 then your number, otherwise they will not get through.
