Look, i need to stab a mannequin?

I made a mannequin of myself by wearing a tea shirt and tights and wrapping duct tape round myself till it was firm then cutting down the front you can do it in bits as its a bit uncomfortable and then duct tape the openings you can fill it with anything and have knife holes ready made and marked if the action isnt full on
