My cat baby was so bad this morning! I need help!?

Well, my little cat girl Sable was sleeping with me. Well, this morning I found her scratching the blankets on our bed and she had gone to the bathroom on them! Right when I was on the bed! What does this mean? She is a healthy cat. I use the litter she likes. I haven't changed the rutine around here. What could it be?
