My dog bit my finger and its started weeping?

what can i do to make it heal better and stop weeping without going to the dr or something. it isn't pus i put a plaster on it and changed them again the same day once it had stopped bleeding and put anti septic cream on it but its started to weep in one of the marks. i just want something easy i can do myself or should i just keep putting clean plasters on it and anti septic cream on it?
