My wii has an unauthorized feature.I cant update my wii! can anybody help me?

when i try to update my wii, an pop-up comes up saying "your wii has unauthorized features.updating your wii may cause inoperability of your console".But I think i know the unauthorized channel,NeoGamma Channel.Please help me if i can update my wii with no tensions!
