Questions about espresso/latte machines?

I want to be able to make my own lattes, and am registered for the Breville� Cafe-Roma� Espresso/ Cappuccino Machine at Bed Bath & Beyond. First, can I make lattes with this? Second, do I have to get a special machine to grind espresso beans also? If so, where do I find one? Thanks!
