Right testicular pain? HELP!?

Hi, I'm 14 and lately I've been having moderate pain In my right testicle. Yesterday it was noticeable without touching it but today it's a little better and Only feels sore if I feel it. I Tried to inspect the testicle today, although I'm a bit inexperienced. When I felt it all around, I noticed a small lump about half the size of a plastic BB. This makes me extremely paranoid and I need help. What should I do?!
