Shouldn't it be illegal to own a pet Chimpanzee?

YES it should be illegal!!! i don't think anyone should be able to own a chimp they are to aggressive and they get to be 7 to 10 times stronger than a average man they are just to Territorial and they get to be big, unless you have the proper equipment to contain a chimp when it gets angry and throws a temper tantrum i say NO !!!!!!
