Why does it matter? Hitler was a terrible man, regardless of religion. Why should he not be Evil even if he was Christian? The KKK were Christian, that didn't stop them. Tons of people have killed who were Christian, wars have been fought, the crusades, Vlad the Impaler was a Christian I think. The fact is that everyone is equally capable of doing horrible things regardless of their religious stance. Believing in a certain God does not exempt you from being imperfect.
